At NST Clothing, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find information about our shipping practices and policies.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup at this time. International shipping is not available at the moment, but it is something we are looking into for future expansion.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
All orders are shipped using economy shipping methods through carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or DHL. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Delivery Time: Estimated transit times are 5-8 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories may take additional time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delivery issues. Note that UPS and DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package has not arrived within the estimated transit time, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
