Returns & Refunds Policy

At NST Clothing, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Fee

A $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (including special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Submit a Return Request

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to Your Account:

    2. Enter your email address in the “Email” field and click “Continue”.
    3. Check your email for a message from our store containing a six-digit verification code.
    4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  2. Select Your Order:
    1. Choose the order for which you wish to request a return.
  3. Choose the Items to Return:
    1. If your order includes multiple items, select the specific items you wish to return.
  4. Provide Return Details:
    1. Select a reason for the return and include any additional notes for our store.
  5. Submit Your Request:
    1. Click “Submit Request”.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned and processed, your refund will be issued. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take several days for the credit to be processed and appear in your account.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
